Spearheading the 3rd world's Structural Transformation

Vision

A planet powered by inclusive and sustainable development.

Mission

Establish sustainable social contracts on the Planet by 2050.

Our Story

We are an impact for-profit startup on a mission to establish sustainable social contracts on the planet by 2050. Social contracts are the implicit rule that govern competition and cooperation between organisms. They lay down the rules of engagement of all players in an ecosystem.

The planet is in dire need of social contracts that ensure inclusive and sustianable prosperity for all while protecting the environment. The oversimplification of complex systems by economists of the 18th to 20th centuries that led to the separation of the business and social class has resulted in deep flaws in our current models of value creation, capture and distribution.

The deep flaws emanate from imbalances caused by implicit bargains between the economic imperatives of growth and productivity, and the social imperatives of redistribution and social protection. This flaws have manifested themselves as multiple global crises and divisions in society which are best encapsulated by the United Nations 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs).

We plan to establish sustainable social contracts by solving SDG 1, No Poverty.Poverty is the lack of productive resources needed to create sustainable lives. Poverty manifests as hunger, malnutrition, limited access to education and other basic services resulting in social discrimination and exclusion as well as the lack of participation in decision-making. Successfully solving for SDG 1 thus triggers a domino effect in the alievation of the remaining 16 crises points.

To drive our desired change,we are leveraging ecological economics, technology and globalization to drive the green and inclusive structural transformation of the 3rd world; The rapid transition of an economy from low productivity and labour- intensive economic activities to higher productivity and skill intensive activities.

10% of the global population, 786 million people, live in absolute poverty,95% of these living in the 3rd world. Africa acounting for almost 80%, 52.4% of its population. Our quest thus begins in Africa and subsequently the remaining undeveloped world.

Phase 1:Africa;Agenda 2035

To drive a market's structural transformation, one needs to spark the growth of high-skill industries while developing an education model that passes the skills needed in these new industries to the local labor force. To spark the growth of high skill industries, we have identified the tourism industry as the one industry whose development will spark the growth of all other high skill verticles.

In a de-industrializing market, service industries (industries without smokestacks) not manufacturing will drive the market's structural change. As the tourism industry is the largest and most diverse of the service, it becomes the 3rd world's engine for growth.

By leveraging ecological economics, technology, and the Continental Free Trade Agreement, we have defined the path of least resistance in fully unlocking the tourism industry effectively developing the fuel needed to power this engine. We have further developed the school model, powered by propreitary technology, that best passes the skills needed in this new society to the local communities.

To fully capitalize on the value chains of the Tourism and Education verticles,5 other verticles must be developed in tandem i.e Transport and Logistics, Agri-business and horticulture and Media for the Tourism, Sports and Early stage private eyquity for Education.

Legion Geo-Spatial Analysis

To ensure that Africa's new towns, cities and rural areas are effective in terms of meeting the basic needs of all their inhabitants and to ensure that economic and social growth are inclusive, Africa's economic growth and urbanization should be guided by appropriate planning and land use management at continental, regional, national, sub-national, and local scales.

By driving Africa's structural change by 2035-2040, Africa will realize her development as envisioned in the Agenda 2063 framework 28-23 years earlier

What is Agenda 2063

"We, the people of Africa and her Diaspora, united in diversity, young and old, men and women, girls and boys from all walks of life, deeply conscious of history, express our deep appreciation to all generations of Pan-Africanist. In particular, to the founders of the Organisation of African Unity for having bequeathed us an Africa with exemplary successes in the fight against slavery, colonialism and apartheid. Agenda 2063, rooted in Pan Africanism and African Renaissance, provides a robust framework for addressing past injustices and the realisation of the 21st Century as the African Century.

We are confident that Africa has the capability to realise her full potential in development, culture and peace and to establish flourishing, inclusive and prosperous societies. We thus, commit to act together towards achieving the following aspirations:

  • A prosperous Africa based on inclusive growth and sustainable development.

  • An integrated continent, politically united and based in the ideals of Pan-Africanism and the vision of Africa's Renaissance.

  • An Africa of good governance, democracy and respect for human rights, justice and the rule of law.

  • A Peaceful and secure Africa.

  • An Africa with a strong cultural identity, common heritage, shared values and ethics.

  • (African Union Commission, 2015)

    Phase 2:Remaining Undeveloped World;2036-2050.

The development and unification of Africa results in the consolidation of power in Africa; this will automatically drive the re-allocation of global resources and the emergence of a fierce psychological energy and political assertion that would unsetle global political and social structures in the continents favour. With Africa, powered by Maltego, being an established global research and development leader,we will have the capacity to actualize the development of the remaining undeveloped world by 2050.
